Precision electroejaculation probe for large mammal research. Probe features a polymer shell over a PVC frame with integrated transverse copper electrodes and a SAE power connector. Probe head diameter: 75 mm.
This three-electrode probe was first designed for use in Sumatran rhinos, but is suitable for a wide variety of similarly sized large mammals. The design supports controlled positioning and consistent response during electroejaculation procedures.
The probe features a smooth, contoured polymer shell over a curved hollow PVC internal frame. Three transverse copper electrodes are exposed at the spherical probe head, connected to internal wiring that runs the length of the probe.
The unit is equipped with either a foolproof SAE connector ensuring uninterrupted power. The probe is waterproof up to the connector interface and built for repeated field and clinical use.
